Irish Bruce Springsteen fans were left raging after a glitch with the Bank of Ireland app resulted in them losing out on the chance to see The Boss live.
Tickets for the US singer's two gigs in Ireland went live on Friday morning.
Thousands of people joined virtual queues in the hopes of nabbing a golden ticket to one, or both, of the 2023 concerts.

However, many took to social media to voice their frustration after they missed the opportunity to secure the stubs at the last minute.
One person said: "Lost out on Springsteen tickets because of Bank of Ireland’s rubbish app. Looks like I’m not alone either. @talktoBOI getting it with both barrels from disgruntled fans. Surely they could have anticipated a spike in payment verification requests this morning."
A second said: "Will be holding Bank of Ireland personally responsible for crashing twice, while I tried to authorise payment for Bruce. And now I have no tickets. Real classy from Bofi Security."
A third wrote: "Lost Bruce Springsteen tickets because the Bank of Ireland app decided to throw a wobbler. Perfect."
A fourth commented: "@talktoBOI worst app in history. Just lost out on tickets to Bruce thanks to your verification requirement, absolutely raging."
Someone else said: "Thanks a lot @bankofireland Queueing on Ticketmaster for tickets. And while securing them the Banking365 server crashed when trying to approve."
While another added: "#brucespringsteen absolutely disgusted with #BOI app, crashed so much after over an hour trying to approve purchase and being put back in the queue all tickets gone…… do better @bankofireland."
Bank of Ireland have since apologised for the glitch.
They said on Twitter: "We're aware that some customers are experiencing difficultly accessing our app. Our teams are working hard to resolve this as soon as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience."
In response to the demand for tickets, a third date for the Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band was announced.
The rockers will play Dublin’s RDS Arena on May 5 and 7, with the new date announced for May 9.
