Brother Thai has closed its Cardiff restaurant for a week due to coronavirus

Brother Thai has not yet announced exactly when it will reopen but have said on its Instagram stories that there will be confirmation in the next couple of days.

Posting to Instagram the restaurant said it was "obviously gutted" at having to cancel the hundreds of bookings for the coming days.

It explained that it had been "hit by the Rona" and was looking out for customers and staff.

The post said: "It's been a tough decision but for the safety of our staff and customers, we made the call.

"Again, we are really, very sorry that we cannot honour the bookings, especially those that booked a while back. It's still not quite back to normal...."

Brother Thai is encouraging customers to book a table for November where there are booking slots left, however, you might have to be quick as this restaurant gets booked up quickly.
