Jennifer Ellison has appealed for help after revealing her Liverpool dance studio was broken into in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The former Brookside actress told followers on Instagram that several of her children’s belongings were stolen in the raid, including bikes, laptops and iPads.
Sharing CCTV footage of the suspect, who was captured entering the building around 5am, the 42-year-old wrote: “!!HUGE REWARD!!PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SHARE!!
“Anyone who tells me who this RAT is and where he ll be or lives I’ll give a HUGE reward!!!!
“DM me or send me a messageHe’s broken into our school at 5am took all of our bikes, laptops I pads!!! THE LOT!!!!!For anyone who can give me any info DM me”.
She later thanked a member of the public on her Instagram Story, who had managed to recover one of the stolen bikes and urged anyone with more information to come forward.
The Channel 4 star also shared footage of the individual allegedly taking drinks from the studio and said that the break-in has left her feeling “physically sick”.
Ellison, who has made appearances on reality TV show Hell's Kitchen and Dancing On Ice, has focused in recent years on running her performing arts school, Jelli Studios.
The school, which has trained finalists on Britain’s Got Talent such as Boogie Storm and The Greatest Dancer, provides training in dance and musical theatre for aspiring professionals.
She’s been married to husband Rob Tickle, a former boxer, since 2009.
The couple, who live in Liverpool, share three sons: Bobby, 16, Harry, 12, and Charlie, 11. Ellison is also stepmum to Tickle’s daughters Chloe and Sophie.
The Liverpool native largely keeps a low profile these days but briefly returned to TV in 2022 with an appearance on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
Ellison called the gruelling experience “the best therapy ever” as she reflected on and processed her past relationship to ex Tony Richardson during her time on the show.
The actress first met Richardson when she was 16 and the pair started dating a year later, becoming engaged within 12 months.
At the height of her fame in the late 1990s, the TV star witnessed harrowing events including fire-bombings and drive-by shootings due to her ex’s ties to Liverpool’s criminal underworld.
She has spoken openly about the emotional and physical abuse she endured over their six-year relationship, saying her ex made her feel “worthless.”
Richardson was later sentenced to eight years in prison in 2011 after being convicted of a sword attack in Liverpool.
