Broncos LB Justin Hollins week-to-week with knee injury

Broncos rookie linebacker Justin Hollins suffered a knee injury during Sunday’s win over the Chargers and might miss several games.

“Hollins is kind of week-to-week,” coach Vic Fangio said during his Monday press conference. “There is a chance maybe even this week or he can miss a couple of weeks. Next few days will tell.”

Hollins (6-5, 248 pounds) was selected by Denver in the fifth round of April’s draft out of Oregon. He’s probably best suited as an outside linebacker but he’s been playing both inside and outside due to injuries.

Fangio also provided an update on cornerback De’Vante Bausby, who suffered a cervical sprain in Los Angeles.

“Baus is doing good,” Fangio said. “No timetable on his return yet, but he’ll definitely miss some time. I don’t know if it’ll be the entire rest of the season or not, [with] these things the first few days and week will kind of tell the story.”

Bausby is expected to be sidelined for at least several weeks.
