Britain's biggest Italian restaurant will be one of four huge new dining venues at Olympia

Britain’s largest Italian restaurant will be one of four huge new dining and drinking spaces at the revamped Olympia under plans unveiled today.

Juno will have up to 252 covers across 11,000 sq ft in the Grade II listed National Hall building.

The 140 year old former Olympia Exhibition Centre is coming towards the end of a £1.3 billion transformation aimed at turning it into a west London cultural and hospitality destination.

Also revealed today is a huge two-level bar covering 15,000 sq ft called Arbour “designed to serve the daily tide of eventgoers, theatre lovers, and professionals.”

It will house four food and drink outlets specialising in gourmet fried chicken, smashed burgers, farm-to-fork eats, and artisan coffee.

Wolves of Tokyo will be a Japanese restaurant and cocktail bar “inspired by the after-dark electricity of Tokyo and the cinematic noir of the yakuza film The Wolves.”

The 8,000 sq ft venue will have 300 covers and will include a 125-capacity rooftop space.

Lillie’s is described as “a sophisticated rooftop retreat inspired by the elegance of English gardens and Kensington’s historic vineyards.” It will offer British small plates paired with English sparkling wines will have up to 250 covers.

All four concepts will be operated by the Incipio Group best known for venues such as Pergola on the Roof in Shepherds Bush and The Libertine in the City.

The four venues revealed today will provide a total of 40,000 of eating and drinking space.

They are due to open in phases between late October 2025 to June 2026. Olympia is expected to attract around a 10 million footfall annually when the 14 acre site is fully completed.

It will also include a new 4,000-capacity music venue, the largest new theatre in London in 50 years, event spaces, hotels and workspaces
