Brit Awards 2023: When are they on, how to watch, host and live performances

The Brit Awards celebrate the very best of British music with categories including Artist of The Year, Song of The Year, and Best New Artist. An amazing host of British talent has been nominated for the awards.

This year's nominations include Harry Styles, Ed Sheeran, Stormzy, Beyoncé and Lewis Capaldi.

There are some changes to the Brit Awards this year, including which day the show will be aired, so here is everything you need to know about the Brit Awards 2023.

When are the Brit Awards 2023?

The Brit Awards will be held on February 11 The Brits usually air on a weekday, but in 2023 they will air on the weekend. The ceremony will be held at the O2 in London, and many celebrities are expected to attend. The Saturday broadcast schedule is a "milestone moment" in the 45-year history of the awards event.

Damian Christian, chair of the BRIT Committee for 2023, explained the decision: "Moving the performance to a Saturday will breathe fresh life into the legendary ceremony, while also attracting a new and more engaged audience."

How to watch the Brit Awards 2023

ITV 1 will broadcast the Brit Awards live from the O2 Arena. On Saturday, February 12, the awards will begin at 8.30pm and end at 10.45pm on ITV1.

Who is the Brit Awards 2023 host?

Mo Gilligan, a judge on The Masked Singer, will present the awards. Mo will dominate the television schedules on Saturday, as he will also appear on The Masked Singer, which will air before the Brits.

Clara Amfo, Love Island presenter Maya Jama and Roman Kemp will be hosting the red carpet show, BRIT Awards 2023: Red Carpet, on ITV2 and ITVX from 7.30pm.

Who will be performing at the Brits?

Top stars and artists will be performing at the Brits in 2023. On the line-up are Harry Styles, Lizzo, Stormzy, Sam Smith and Kim Petras, Wet Leg, David Guetta with Ella Henderson and Becky Hill, Lewis Capaldi and Cat Burns.
