A car crash in St Pauls is causing 'heavy' delays at rush hour today.
Grosvenor Road is partially blocked in both directions following the collision, which happened near St Paul's Learning Centre.
Congestion is heavy in the area, according to traffic monitoring site Inrix. The website posted an update at 5.16pm which said: "Grosvenor Road in both directions partially blocked, heavy traffic due to accident near the learning centre".
