While fully vaccinated travellers do not have to isolate upon return from an amber list country, those arriving to Bristol Airport from countries on the red list do.

Those that have yet to receive both vaccine jabs still face a period of quarantine after visiting amber list destinations.
Travellers arriving from countries like Costa Rica and Turkey must pay for a stint at a quarantine hotel upon their return to the UK.
Passengers must spend 11 nights in the hotels, regardless of whether they are fully vaccinated or tested negative for Covid.

The cost of staying in a quarantine hotel sits at £2,285, after a jump up from £1,750.
The new red-lit countries include Mayotte, Mexico, Réunion and Georgia, joining over 60 countries under the colour classification.
The four countries were officially put under the strictest high-risk category measures on August 8.
Reviews usually take place every three weeks, with announcements often made on a Thursday.
The last update came on Thursday, August 5, therefore the next announcement is likely to come on August 26.
