MUMBAI: An employee with the BMC water supply department was manhandled by a pedestrian who was later arrested.Police said the pedestrian also hurled abuses at the driver of a BMC vehicle for blocking the road and inconveniencing people.
The complainant, Sanjeev Tuscano, 48, told the police that he and his associates were on duty at Malad East when the incident occurred.
