Nov. 04--It will be Throwback Monday on "Jane the Virgin."
Britney Spears dances to her 2004 song "Toxic" with show star Gina Rodriguez in a promo clip the CW network posted this week of Monday's episode.
Rodriguez, who grew up in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood on the Northwest Side, recently talked to the Huffington Post about having her idol Spears guest star on the dramedy.
"I remember just being 16 and wishing I was Britney," said Rodriguez, 31.
It's also a big week for Spears, who confirmed on Twitter she is working on a new album.
"Jane the Virgin," which is in its second season, airs Mondays at 8 p.m.
