BRIEF: Update: Boy, 11, found and in good condition

Jan. 30--An 11-year-old boy who went missing Thursday afternoon from the South Side has been found and was reported in good condition, said police.

Lamont Smith went missing from his home in the 6700 block of South Rhodes Avenue around 3:30 p.m. Thursday, according to the Chicago Police Department's Office of News Affairs.

Police said Friday morning that Lamont was found and in good condition.
