BRIEF: Up to 30-minute delay on Metra Electric District service

Sept. 26--Metra officials are reporting a delay of up to 30 minutes on the Metra Electric District Line because of a power outage near the Millennium Park station.

According to Metra's website, inbound and outbound trains on Friday afternoon were running between 15 to 30 minutes behind because of downed wires.

Officials ask for commuters to listen to platform announcements for updates.
