Feb. 22--Freshman atttack Selena Lasota scored six more goals as the Northwestern women's lacrosse team beat Marquette 13-6 Saturday in Milwaukee.
Lasota, from Campbell River, B.C., has 11 goals in the last two games and 17 in four games this season.
Fifth-ranked Northwestern (3-1), coming off a Thursday loss to Duke, had little trouble with winless Marquette (0-3), a third-year program.
For the first time this year, the Wildcats had an advantage in draw controls.
Northwestern plays next Saturday at No. 2 North Carolina, which has a Sunday showdown at No. 1 Maryland.
