The Santa Barbara-style home, custom-built in 2007, sits on a gated quarter-acre lot. Its 4,630 square feet of space include an elegant living room with fireplace, a formal dining room adjoining a butler's pantry with a bar, a family/media room with a fireplace and a center-island kitchen.

Anderson, 69, played receptionist Jennifer Marlowe on the sitcom "WKRP in Cincinnati," which aired from 1978 to 1982, and reprised the role on "The New WKRP in Cincinnati" (1991-92). More recently she was in the series "So Notorious" and "The Mullets."
She bought the property in 2007 for $1.9 million, public records show. The house was listed last summer for $2.435 million.
