May 19--Kevin Hart recently made a stop in Chicago, and it wasn't to deliver punch lines.
Hart is working on a new show for Comedy Central, an eight-episode series called "Kevin Hart Presents: Hart of the City," which follows the comedian as he explores local comedy in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Birmingham and other cities with blossoming scenes.
The series is part of Comedy Central's new programing which includes "Untitled Kevin Hart Stand-Up Series", a program that features six half-hour spotlights on up-and-coming comedians, and "Jeff Ross Presents Roast Battle" which pits two comedians against each other and the winner is chosen by a panel of celebrity judges.
There is no scheduled air date for the series.
