April 23--Joe Manganiello, who played a werewolf on "True Blood," has listed his house in Hollywood Hills for $1.995 million.
Built in 1963, the 2,500-square-foot, Modern-style house has exterior stone work in the front that is also picked up around the swimming pool area in the backyard. A fountain sits by the entry.

Manganiello, 38, became engaged to actress Sofia Vergara in December. He was on "True Blood" from 2010 to 2014 and this year appears in the films "Tumbledown," "Magic Mike XXL" and "Knight of Cups." Vergara stars on "Modern Family."
The actor spent $1.806 million two years ago for the property.
