Jan. 16--The NCAA's announcement that it was restoring victories to Penn State drew reaction from current and former USC players.
Penn State had been forced to vacate 112 victories as part of sanctions handed down in the Jerry Sandusky child-abuse case.
Last June, USC came off four years of NCAA probation and sanctions that stemmed from violations centered on former Trojans running back Reggie Bush and basketball player O.J. Mayo.
The penalties included vacating football victories and the loss of 30 scholarships over a three-year period.
USC and Athletic Director Pat Haden appealed to the NCAA several times to reduce the penalties, but no action was taken.
"They must really dislike USC. Just looking for some equality over here," junior linebacker Su'a Cravens posted on his Twitter feed Friday.
Trojans defensive back John Plattenburg and former USC player Kevin Greene also chimed in.
"WHY IS USC TREATED SO UNFAIRLY???" Greene wrote on Twitter.
