Dec. 21--A man and woman walked out of two Magnificent Mile stores with more than $105,000 worth of coats, including a $95,000 alligator skin jacket, Chicago police said Monday.
The couple walked into a store in the 700 block of North Michigan Avenue between 3 and 4 p.m. on Dec. 14 and walked out with the brown alligator skin jacket, police said.
Earlier that day, the suspects walked into a store in the first block of East Oak Street between 2 and 2:45 p.m. and stole a men's blazer and a women's winter coat totaling more than $10,000, police said.
