BRIEF: 'Chicago Fire' star to serve as grand marshal of Pride Parade

June 02--"Chicago Fire" star Monica Raymund said Wednesday she will serve as grand marshal of the Pride Parade this month.

Raymund, who plays firefighter Gabriela Dawson, will ride in a vehicle near the front of the parade procession. The annual parade is scheduled to begin noon June 26 at Montrose Avenue and Broadway in the Uptown neighborhood.

Raymund, 29, revealed two years ago on Twitter that she is bisexual.

NBC's "Chicago Fire" films in the city. The fourth season finale aired last month.
