April 14--A big rig crash and fuel spill shut down multiple lanes on the northbound 710 Freeway in Commerce on Thursday morning, bringing traffic to a crawl.
The big rig and a car crashed just before 5:30 a.m. near the Washington Boulevard exit, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Four lanes were temporarly closed on the freeway, backing traffic up for miles, as workers responded to teh spill.
The lanes were reponed shortly before 8 a.m., according to the CHP.
It was unclear if anyone was injured in the crash.
