Oct. 12--Acclaimed Philadelphia chef Michael Solomonov (Zahav, Dizengoff, Federal Donuts, more) will create a popup dinner Tuesday at Cafe Spiaggia (980 N. Michigan Ave.).
At the event, part of his book tour, Solomonov will sign copies of his cookbook "Zahav: A World of Israeli Cooking" at 6 p.m. At 7 p.m., he'll serve a four-course dinner of dishes culled from his book.
Tickets, $75, include dinner and wine pairings, and are available through Brown Paper Tickets.
