A bride-to-be has been left devastated after her "perfect dress" arrived looking nothing like its pictures. Zuzanna Wojtas, from America, has explained how she wanted to celebrate her engagement with a party surrounded by her closest friends and family.
To make sure she was dressed for the occasion, she ordered a white lace maxi dress from Amazon, noting how it had almost 3,000 positive reviews.
However when she unpacked it, her worst fear was realised as the retailer accidentally sent her a shorter version of the dress that ended right above her knee.
With only days to go until her party, she started to search around for other dresses, saying she would "definitely not be wearing" the one she was sent.

The experience prompted her to issue a warning to other Amazon shoppers in the private Facebook group 'What I asked for Vs what I got'.
She wrote: "Never thought I'd get one of these, but careful what you order off of Amazon. I bought this dress for my engagement party on Saturday..."
While most users couldn't help but laugh at the mix-up, others commented on how lovely she looks in the shorter dress.
One user said: "Why can't you wear it? It's still cute and looks good on you."
Another user added: "What the heck, it literally says maxi dress, not midi dress, like what did they do?! You sure you aren't just freakishly tall and messing with us?"
A third user said: "Not what you ordered but you still look good."
One more user added: "Let them know and they will get you the right one. Unfortunately, it won’t come in time for Saturday but I think the shorter one looks really good on you!"
Zuzanna returned to her Facebook post to share how she has now managed to get her hands on a completely new dress.
She now has her fingers crossed that it will not only arrive on time for her party but also be the dress she actually ordered.
