Victim: Givani Espuet
(Picture: Met Police)A man has been charged with murder after a 21-year-old man was stabbed to death in north London early Sunday morning.
Police were called to a stabbing outside a restaurant on Harrow Road, Sudbury, shortly before 2am. The victim was named by officers as Givani Espuet from north London.
His family have been informed.
Theo Simon, 33, of Gladstone Avenue, Wood Green, was charged on Monday with murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
He is due to appear in custody at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, November 1.
A post-mortem examination will also take place on Tuesday.
Detectives are continuing to appeal for witnesses to come forward.
