A 19-year-old woman has died in 'unexplained' circumstances at a block of student flats.
Police and paramedics were called to New Wakefield Street in Manchester city centre at about 9.30pm on Thursday.
The teenager was pronounced dead at the scene.
A witness said emergency services were seen going into the Unite student flats.

Police say the death is currently being treated as 'unexplained' and enquiries are ongoing.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: "Officers were called just before 9.30pm last night to a report of a sudden death on New Wakefield Street in Manchester.

"Emergency services attended and a 19-year-old woman was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
"The death is currently being treated as unexplained whilst officers carry out enquiries.
"A report is being prepared for HM Coroner."
