Bradford City have signed the Blackpool goalkeeper Colin Doyle for £1, after activating a release clause in the player’s contract.
The 31-year-old has agreed a two-year deal with Bradford after just one season at Blackpool.
Doyle made 35 appearances for Blackpool last term, who suffered relegation to League Two. The keeper spent 12 years at Birmingham before signing a deal with Blackpool last summer, which included a relegation release clause.
Doyle becomes the League One club’s third summer signing, following the arrivals of Nicky Law and Nathaniel Knight-Percival.
