AFC Bournemouth manager Jason Tindall has said that he is expecting a tough test in the Championship clash against Nottingham Forest on Wednesday.
Forest travel to the South Coast as they look to bounce back from a 2-0 defeat to Barnsley on Saturday. Late goals from Callum Styles and Cauley Woodrow gave the Tykes all three points.
The result leaves Forest in 20th position in the Championship table.
Bournemouth, meanwhile are in second position, just one point adrift of Norwich City at the top, having won six of their opening 12 matches.
Despite the differing positions of the two teams, Tindall is aware of the challenges facing his team in the midweek match.
"I think since Chris has come in there he’s done very well," he said, via the Daily Echo.
"They’ve only lost two games I think in eight since he’s been there, one of them obviously being the weekend.
"In every other game that they’ve played I don’t think they’ve conceded any more than one goal so that just shows it’s going to be a difficult team to break down.
"All Chris Hughton’s teams are tough to play against – a great manager that’s had a lot of success wherever he’s been and we’ve just got to make sure that we’re prepared to go out there and deliver a really good performance."
Hughton replaced Sabri Lamouchi at the City Ground last month. In his eight matches in charge of Forest, Hughton have won three, drawn three and lost two.
That comes after Forest lost all six of their opening fixtures of the season in all competitions.
The 61-year-old has built a reputation for getting teams promoted from the Championship, having achieved the feat with both Newcastle United and Brighton and Hove Albion.
