A woman was under the influence while driving with a one-year-old passenger in East Kilbride.
Nicole Barr, 26, of Auchentiber Court, Blantyre, was banned from the roads for three years at Hamilton Sheriff Court last week.
She admitted putting a child at risk by driving while under the influence of alcohol in Kittoch Street on August 14.
Barr also admitted failing to provide breath specimens for police officers.
Sheriff Moira MacKenzie deferred sentence until April 9 for an additional criminal justice social work report.
She will also consider a Crown request to have Barr’s car forfeited.
