Produced a couple of fantastic stops from Feeney and Clarke.after the break after having little to do in first 45 minutes.

Solid if unspectacular stint at right-back. Delivered some alright crosses at times.

Decision-making questionable at times but fairly solid in one-on-one defending situations
Ryan Delaney - 4
At fault for first goal but perhaps unlucky to give penalty away and receive first yellow card. Given second booking for aerial challenge on Vaughan. Not his day.
Ben Jackson - 5
Youngster caught out of position at times, including for the opener, but looked alright going forward.
Andrew Tutte - 6
Saw plenty of the ball in the centre of the park and used it relatively well.
Ali Crawford - 5
Lined up alongside Tutte in a central midfield duo and looked off the pace. Later sacrificed after Delaney was given marching orders.
Antoni Sarcevic -7
Had much more influence after the break and scored from close range, as well as nearly setting up equaliser for Gnahoua.
Lloyd Isgrove - 6
Looked liked Wanderers' brightest player going forwards in the first half. Was replaced by Delfouneso after Tranmere doubled lead.
Eoin Doyle - 6
Worked hard upfront and set up Sarcevic to get Bolton back into game.
Zack Elbouzedi - 5
Clearly still finding his feet at Wanderers and team shape, switched flanks midway through first half and the odd promising moment. Taken off at the break.

Arthur Gnahoua - 6
Came on at half-time for Elbouzedi and played on the right. Had a couple of shots at goal and had great chance to score equaliser.
Nathan Delfouneso - 6
Had a hand in Sarcevic's goal and added some fresh legs after the break.
Alex Baptiste - 6
Replaced the sent off Delaney, but biggest impact came at other end where he went close to grabbing equaliser.
