Bo Paske 'sitting on a rainbow' after meeting with Florida State's Travis Rudolph

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. _ It's safe to say the lives of Bo Paske and Travis Rudolph have changed since their first ever lunch went viral.

Paske, an autistic Tallahassee Montford Middle School student who often was isolated from his peers because he is different, and Rudolph, a Florida State wide receiver, made appearances on "CBS This Morning" and "Fox and Friends" on Thursday after meeting for the first time Tuesday.

"It was kinda like me sitting on a rainbow ... Me sitting with Travis and all my friends," Paske said during a segment on Fox News.

Leah Paske, Bo's mother, posted a picture on Facebook of the two having lunch that took the social media world by storm. Numerous media outlets around the country have shed light on the interaction, which was also featured on ABC's "Good Morning America" on Wednesday.

For a mother who often worries about her son eating lunch by himself at school, Rudolph saved the day and made Bo one of the more popular kids. Rudolph even signed Bo's lunch box after they met.

Rudolph, FSU's leading receiver entering his junior season with the team, said he did not think his gesture would have ballooned into a national story. He was simply trying to make a difference to just one person.

Leah said Bo was surrounded by girls during lunch on Wednesday.

Their TV appearance was the first time Leah Paske got to meet Rudolph.

"I don't even have words to express how grateful I am," she said.
