You can obtain new characters in Blue Lock: Skibidi by rolling for them in the Shop menu. Each roll costs 250$, and you can even enable the auto-roll feature, which will automatically roll for new characters until you acquire at least one copy of each one, except for the two secrets, which have a 1/20,000 drop chance. If you want to change your current character, you can do so in the Storage menu.
