A Birmingham industrial estate is fully let after an electrical company agreed a new lease deal.
BEW Electrical Distributors has taken a 6,000 sq ft warehouse on a ten-year lease on Parkway Industrial Estate in Duddeston.
The company is a wholesaler and distribution specialist and is the last to take space on the 90,000 sq ft industrial park, in Heneage Street.
Tom Morle is a director with property agency Harris Lamb which oversaw the letting.
He said: "BEW Electrical Distributors has a nationwide network of trade counter outlets.
"To serve their growing customer base, they were looking for a more modern warehouse where they could utilise the space available more efficiently than their current premises.
"It is located outside of Birmingham's Clean Air Zone, a factor that we anticipate becoming important to distribution firms in the coming months and one that could put additional pressure on the already short supply of industrial property within the region."
