Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp reckons Billy Gilmour is destined for the top as he dubs the midfielder "one of the biggest Scottish talents for the last 50 years".
The German has the national team captain Andy Robertson at Anfield and knows all about the quality the left-back brings.
But, ahead of their Premier League opener with Norwich, Klopp made a point of heaping praises on Chelsea loanee Gilmour.
The youngster starred for Scotland against England at Euro 2020 and the Liverpool manager believes he's a truly generational talent.
Klopp said: "I know how good they are and how great a job Daniel Farke is doing.
"They gave him, for what is a club like Norwich, incredible trust and a new four year contract which is absolutely great.
"So they believe in his work and the project and you can see that.
"They lost good players, or one at least that I know about, but they did sensational business.
" Billy Gilmour is probably one of the biggest Scottish talents for the last 50 years.

"Bringing him in on loan and then (Milot) Rashica signing from the Bundesliga.
"So they lost (Emiliano) Buendia yes but the replacements they found - and now with the little Greek boy (Christos Tzolis) who came in last week - are good business.
"So it's exciting what they're doing and we have to be absolutely spot on."
