Are there cheats for Ailments in The Sims 4?
So far, there are no cheats for adding or removing Ailments without the assistance of mods. You can, however, decrease how often they occur by opening "Settings," clicking "Pack Settings," and selecting the "Enable Balance & Imbalance" option.
