3. Oolong tea

The traditional Chinese tea is renowned for its eliminating body fat and boosting metabolism, which helps reduce risk of obesity.

A Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine study found that drinking this tea for a period of six weeks can help reduce body fat percentage and also waist circumference.

Another study published in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that drinking oolong tea can manage appetite and leads to an increase in energy expenditure compared to a placebo.
