Best REV-46 loadout in Black Ops 7

Black Ops 7 Season 2 dropped the REV-46 SMG in the Battle Pass, and it’s already turning heads in multiplayer.

This full-auto SMG fires at a blistering 1,111 RPM, the fastest in its class, with a unique flip stock you can fold or unfold to tweak handling and recoil on the fly. Out of the box, it shines with near-zero recoil, snappy mobility, and solid close-range TTK, but raw damage range holds it back from dominating mid-range scraps.

That’s where the right attachments come in, and our best loadout guide for the REV-46 will help you dominate multiplayer lobbies in Black Ops 7.

Underbarrel Force Stabilizer Handstop

Magazine Cawdor Extended Mag
(Magazine Ammo Capacity)

Lethal Tools Elo is a great optic choice for the SMG, as it provides a clear and precise sight for shooting enemies.

The combination of Redwell Shade-X Suppressor, Caudal Target Barrel, and Force Stabilizer Handstop goes great with the REV-46. The muzzle will make sure you’re not getting pinged on enemies’ mini-maps when you’re firing your weapon, while making sure the horizontal and vertical recoils are reduced, the barrel will increase the damage range, and the underbarrel will further reduce the horizontal sway of the SMG.

Lastly, the Cawdor Extended Mag will hold 10 more bullets, increasing the magazine size to 45. And if you’re a BR enthusiast, check out the best REV-46 loadout for Warzone.

Ideal setup for MP. Screenshot by Dot Esports
  • Wildcard: Perk Greed
  • Secondary: Velox 5.7
  • Melee: Personal preference
  • Field Upgrade: Mute Field
  • Tactical: Stim Shot
  • Lethal: Semtex
  • Perk 1: Lightweight
  • Perk 2: Scavenger
  • Perk 3: Cold-Blooded
  • Perk Greed: Dexterity

Use the Perk Greed wildcard to squeeze in an extra perk and layer on more buffs for this REV-46 setup. The Scout Specialty hides you from the enemy minimap for five seconds per bullet kill, and chaining kills keeps refreshing that cloak so you can stay off radar during nonstop rushes.

For your base three perks, roll with Lightweight, Scavenger, and Cold-Blooded. Lightweight amps your speed and slide/dive snap, Scavenger grabs fresh ammo and throwables off corpses to keep you in the fight, and Cold-Blooded blocks all AI aimbots, thermals, and streak targeting. Equip Dexterity in the greed slot, as it slashes weapon sway on jumps, slides, dives, and wallruns, making airborne sprays buttery smooth.

Pack the Velox 5.7 as a backup pistol for those panic swaps when the primary runs out of ammo. Mute Field is your field upgrade pick, layering Ninja-level footsteps and Ghost stealth on top. Toss in Stim Shot for instant health/sprint refreshes when cornered, and Semtex for sticky objective bombs that always land.
