Best Power Forward Builds in NBA 2K26

While effective Center builds are ride-or-die for keeping the team anchored to both ends of the paint, strong Power Forwards act as a versatile backbone — granting floor spacing, inside scoring, and rebounding on defense.

To make sure you go crazy with this position and make the most out of it, here are my top three Power Forward builds in NBA 2K26, capable of significantly turning the tides of any game.

Best Power Forward Builds In NBA 2K26

6’9 Power Forward Build

For a defensive leader with top-notch rebounding and shooting capabilities, this build is the way to go:

  • Position: Power Forward
  • Height: 6’9”
  • Weight: 220 lbs
  • Wingspan: 7’3”

Once you’ve sorted out your body type, here’s how your attributes will stand:

  • Close Shot: 71
  • Driving Layup: 46
  • Driving Dunk: 65
  • Standing Dunk: 60
  • Post Control: 48
  • Mid-Range Shot: 81
  • Three-Point Shot: 78
  • Free Throw: 56
  • Pass Accuracy: 71
  • Ball Handle: 48
  • Speed With Ball: 53
  • Interior Defense: 70
  • Perimeter Defense: 82
  • Steal: 85
  • Block: 74
  • Offensive Rebound: 84
  • Defensive Rebound: 94
  • Speed: 83
  • Agility: 80
  • Strength: 83
  • Vertical: 85

If you haven’t already noticed, the build’s dunking attributes are pretty moderate; Driving Dunk sits at 65, while Standing Dunk sits at 60. This is because the following build aims for a playstyle that emphasizes effective open dunks rather than relying solely on flashy dunks. Additionally, we’ve got impressive shooting thanks to the 78 Three-Point and 81 Mid-Range, helping you stretch the floor with seamless scoring from outside and mid-range areas.

Defense is just as robust, as both the Interior and Perimeter tops at 70 and 82, respectively. As a result, you not only have versatility when guarding multiple positions, but also gain access to decent silver defensive badges, helping you further polish your defensive qualities. To go even stronger, the 85 Steal and 74 Block, plus the 84 Offensive and 94 Defensive Rebounding, ensure that you dominate each end of the court effectively.

Overall, the physical attributes make up for the stuff at which this build lacks. The 80+ Speed, Agility, Strength, and Vertical further improve this build by supporting a well-rounded defensive athlete.

6’7 Power Forward Build

If you want to gear up for a dynamic, defensive-minded power forward with a primary focus on speed and agility, then consider opting for this 6’7″ build.

  • Position: Power Forward
  • Height: 6’7”
  • Weight: 252 lbs
  • Wingspan: 7’1”

The attributes will look like the following:

  • Close Shot: 70
  • Driving Layup: 46
  • Driving Dunk: 62
  • Standing Dunk: 72
  • Post Control: 48
  • Mid-Range Shot: 85
  • Three-Point Shot: 80
  • Free Throw: 64
  • Pass Accuracy: 71
  • Ball Handle: 61
  • Speed With Ball: 64
  • Interior Defense: 71
  • Perimeter Defense: 82
  • Steal: 92
  • Block: 78
  • Offensive Rebound: 80
  • Defensive Rebound: 92
  • Speed: 89
  • Agility: 80
  • Strength: 83
  • Vertical: 85

In comparison to the build above, Dunking has been slightly overhauled. However, the goal remains the same: avoiding flashy dunks to minimize risk and focus on basic ones instead. When it comes to shooting, you can expect a sharper scoring from the middle with an 80+ rating in Mid-Range and Three-Point Shots. These will come in handy for extending your defenses while maintaining consistency with mid-range shots.

Speaking of defenses, the build excels most in this area. You’ve got 82 Perimeter Defense, 92 Steal, and 78 Block, providing enough juice to disrupt opponents and contest shots aggressively. Plus, you can even expect strong chase-down and bag some paint protection badges in your name. Apart from these, the 80 Offensive and 92 Defensive Rebounds further boost your presence on the glass.

In terms of physicality, expect fluid and faster rotations and transitions. For that, we’ve got 89 Speed, 80 Agility, plus 83 Strength and 85 Vertical to remain just as competitive as quick. Overall, as a Power Forward, this will be your go-to build to stay active and unstoppable on the court.

6’8 Power Forward Build

This 6’8 build has quickly made a name for itself in the community, and there’s a good reason for it. Unlike other comp-friendly PF builds, this one handles things differently by providing elite defense and rebounding, as well as solid passing and shooting qualities.

  • Position: Power Forward
  • Height: 6’8”
  • Weight: 232 lbs
  • Wingspan: 7’2”

With the body tweaked, here’s how your attributes should appear for this build:

  • Close Shot: 56
  • Driving Layup: 57
  • Driving Dunk: 65
  • Standing Dunk: 45
  • Post Control: 51
  • Mid-Range Shot: 71
  • Three-Point Shot: 81
  • Free Throw: 96
  • Pass Accuracy: 76
  • Ball Handle: 71
  • Speed With Ball: 75
  • Interior Defense: 74
  • Perimeter Defense: 92
  • Steal: 85
  • Block: 84
  • Offensive Rebound: 69
  • Defensive Rebound: 94
  • Speed: 86
  • Agility: 80
  • Strength: 85
  • Vertical: 60

Judging by the numbers, the dunking package is basic, similar to the 6’9 PF above, and can help you make cut or backdoor plays. Shooting isn’t looking impressive on paper, but 71 Mid-Range and 81 Three-Point will be enough to stretch floor spacing. A high throw rating of 96 may seem flashy, but it won’t be necessary since free throws are hit or miss in NBA 2K26.

However, the rest of the build shines bright enough to make itself worthy of this list. With 92 Perimeter and 85 Steal, you’ve got a strong defensive badge spread. A solid Defensive Rebound rating of 94 and 86 speed combine to give you optimal speed for a 6’8″, 232-pound man. At the same time, 85 Strength is more than enough to compete with other tall men in the paint and bully smaller men with style.

Overall, this is the best Pro-Am style build available in NBA 2K26 as it’s more than just a fun slasher and ensures a robust two-way presence.
