Best electronics deals this Amazon Prime Day 2025

Amazon’s flagship sale is back!

And it’s the perfect moment to upgrade your tech. Sure, the discount extends to home, beauty, fashion and more, but it’s really the gadgets where you’ll find the very best of the deals.

From noise-cancelling headphones and smart home essentials to tablets, laptops and everything in between, there are standout offers across the breadth of the category.

The retailer is doing things a little differently this year. Once a two-day sale, Amazon has doubled down on the Prime Day extravaganza. For 2025, it will take place from July 8 to 11 for a whopping four whole days of deals.

Whether you’re shopping for a long overdue upgrade or can’t resist a good slash in prices, we have curated an edit of the best electronics deals. No endless scrolling necessary, just bookmark this page for constant updates.

Each Prime Day, there are endless discounts to scroll through – and not every one is a true bargain. This is why we’ve done the hard work for you and sifted through, trawling through the offer to highlight only the actual steals worth your hard-earned pennies.

During the four-day event, there are unmissable flash lightning sales as well as discounts running throughout. But, to make the most, there is one important catch. You must be an Amazon Prime member to access the deals. This costs £8.99 a month or £95 a year. Fear of commitment? Try the 30-day free trial.

GoPro Hero 13 Black

Best for: making movies

GoPro’s latest is an action camera that can be strapped to your helmet and record while you’re doing something dangerous or taken underwater to a depth of 10 metres - if you need to go deeper, waterproof housings are available. It also features a hydrophobic lens cover to shed the liquid quickly once you surface - or if you’re out in the rain - so that your video footage remains crystal clear.

The Hero 13 Black’s 8:7 aspect ratio image-stabilised sensor produces 5.3K video and 27MP photos, and there are lens mods available if the images created through the main wide-angle lens aren’t to your taste. Mix this with full wireless connectivity, plus screens on the front and rear, and you have a potent content-creation tool that can shrug off the water.

Huawei FreeClip

Offered in an array of attractive colours, we love the almost metallic aesthetic of the Huawei FreeClips, which create an almost pierced ear effect when worn thanks to the C-bridge design. What’s more, each earbud weighs in at approximately 5.6g which, combined with ergonomic design, makes them ultra-comfortable and feather-light.

Leveraging advanced air conduction technology, the Huawei FreeClip provides crystal-clear audio while leaving your ears open to the outside world. The ultra-lightweight design, combined with dual-device connectivity, allows seamless switching between devices, ensuring you never miss a beat.

Sony WH-CH720N

Best for: Sony for a steal

Sony is a brand that needs no introduction. And while it may no longer be the striding all-consumer-tech colossus it once was back when it lent its hand to phones, laptops and TVs, when it comes to personal audio, the big S is still winning over the fans. Especially now that said person's audio is more affordable than ever.

In this instance, I speak of the WH-CH720N over-ears that became available much earlier this year. Priced at just under the ton mark on release, savvy ear-users can now pick these up for just £64. No, your eyes do not deceive you.

So, what do you get for this next-to-nothing, cost-of-living-pleasing price? For a start, a relatively minimalist-looking pair of ear-huggers with all the requisite buttons required to play and pause, skip back and forth, adjust volume and answer calls placed neatly on the right earcup. Which sees to the basics. Then you have Bluetooth 5.2 offering both a reliable connection and multi-point to keep your essential gadgets paired up. Effective ANC keeps unwanted racket at bay, while an Ambient option lets you allow some sound in on the off-chance you need to keep an ear out.

Then there’s the sound. Featuring a more diminutive set of 30mm drivers, what they may lack in scale is more than made up for by the inclusion of 360 Reality Audio which works to surround you in a nicely balanced bubble of audio that lends your music a welcome feel of space, helping to fend-off the annoying but inevitable issue of listening fatigue.

Light too, at just 192g, they may not be the most comfortable cans I’ve had clamped to my noggin during the course of these reviews, but for £64, they’re more than acceptable.

With the Sony Headphones Connect app available to make minor adjustments to set-up, quality, relatively expense-free ANC is now available for the masses.

GHD Chronos

Best for: What if we told you that you could style your hair three times faster – would you believe it? Well, that’s exactly what GHD is claiming with its latest innovation. The Chronos was created with one sole mission: to streamline the styling process without compromising strand health.

The tech bit: The most advanced model in its portfolio, the Chronos has trademarked motion-responsible technology. This very innovative feature allows your tool to monitor and adapt to your hair type and the way that it is being used. For those who are prone to multiple passes or what is known as slap-slap styling, this is a game-changer.

The iron provides consistent heat but, using an intelligent algorithm, adapts power depending on speed, section size and hair type so that it only requires one stroke to create your go-to look, be it poker straight or bouncy curls. This feature also means that it is as effective on fine locks as it is on thick and the same goes for coarse and textured – all of which absorb heat differently.

Just to add: The brand says that the Chronos results in more defined styles, provides 85 per cent more shine (thanks to ultra-gloss floating plates) and has twice the frizz-fighting effects.

Apple AirTag (4 pack)

The Apple AirTag is round like a coin and finished in always-appealing minimalist stainless steel and white. It measures as measly 31.9 x 8.0mm and weighs in at an almost imperceptible 11g, meaning that once ensconced in a keychain and attached to your precious things, you’ll never really notice it’s there at all.

It should be made crystal clear that this Bluetooth tracker ONLY works in conjunction with other Apple products, so if you’re into Android or any other still-existing alternative OS, this is not the tracker for you. But what it does give to those armed with Apple tech is a stunningly accurate way to reunite yourself with stuff that’s gone astray. It does this in three ways: firstly you can ‘ping’ tagged items using the Bluetooth connection between your Apple device and your AirTag. Simply open the Find My app and activate the AirTag’s built in speaker to play a sound that lets you track it down by simply following the noise. You can also activate this via Siri, if you’re feeling particularly lazy, but the bottom line is, if your tagged item is within Bluetooth range, your AirTag will make noise until you find it.

If pinging isn’t your thing, Precision Finding can point the way using on-screen arrows and directions as to the precise location of your AirTag – particularly useful if your ears are somewhat unreliable.

Finally, if one of your prized possessions is lost way beyond the reach of Bluetooth, the Apple AirTag ups its game. Utilising the entire Find My network a secure signal can be sent out over Bluetooth and detected by nearby devices in the Find My network that are in range. These devices send the location of your AirTag to iCloud, from where you can view it on the Find My app map. And there it is, ready to collect. What’s more, the whole process is anonymous and encrypted, so nobody need ever know about either the momentarily lost item.
