Benedict Cumberbatch and Louis Theroux join Together for Palestine concert

More names have been added to the line-up for Together For Palestine which is taking place at OVO Arena Wembley on 17th September 2025.

The new wave of talent joining the concert includes musicians Celeste and Leigh-Anne, Palestinian-Chilean singer Elyanna, Palestinian musician Saint Levant, Palestinian-Jordanian London-based artist El Far3i, actors Amer Hlehel, Benedict Cumberbatch, Charithra Chandran, Guy Pearce, Jameela Jamil, Motaz Malhees and Ramy Youssef, writer and host Amelia Dimoldenberg, documentarian and broadcaster Louis Theroux, and Holocaust survivor Stephen Kapos.

Portishead have come together to record a special one-off performance of their poignant song ‘Roads’ with a string quartet, which will be aired during the evening as they are unable to attend in person. Speaking about their involvement, the band explain, “We are incredibly honoured to stand in solidarity with Palestine and be part of this crucial event. The genocide must stop.”

Guy Pearce commented, “I feel utterly heartbroken every day witnessing the atrocities inflicted upon the innocent people of Palestine. It’s hard not to feel helpless. Being part of this concert will enable me to share my heart with others who also see the injustice in these horrific crimes. More importantly it enables me to show my support for and to the people of Gaza, and all those subjected to this brutal genocide. Hopefully this concert encourages more people to stand up and speak out.”

Jameela Jamil added, “Together For Palestine will be a moment in history that we look back on and say we stood on the side of humanity, and I am honoured to be involved. It will be a night of music and hope, standing together with the Palestinian people. Working with Choose Love means the world to me and all the money raised will go to Palestinian-led partners providing life-saving support and humanitarian aid.”

Names announced today join the likes of Bastille, Brian Eno, Cat Burns, Damon Albarn, Greentea Peng, Hot Chip, James Blake, Jamie xx, King Krule, Mabel, Obongjayar, Paloma Faith, Rachel Chinouriri and Sampha alongside Palestinian artists Faraj Suleiman and Nai Barghouti and special appearances from PinkPantheress, Rina Sawayama and Riz Ahmed.

The evening aims to raise vital funds for Gaza while creating a powerful public expression of solidarity with the Palestinian people. The ‘Together For Palestine Fund’ aims to raise millions of pounds with 100% of the ticket price (excluding all additional fees) and all donations being paid to Choose Love. Every penny raised will be distributed to Palestinian-led organisations such as Taawon, Palestine Children's Relief Fund and Palestine Medical Relief Service.

Taawon runs the largest orphan care program in Gaza, standing by 20,000 children who have lost everything. Every day, they deliver urgent aid - food, clothing, medical care - while also investing in their education, health, and emotional wellbeing.

“Funds raised through Together for Palestine will help us to continue to deliver urgently needed lifesaving care to thousands of orphaned children in Gaza and - when this war stops – to help them rebuild their futures with dignity and hope,” says Dr. Tareq Emtairah, Director General, Taawon

The Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF) is running its largest-ever relief operation in Gaza, delivering urgent medical care, nutrition, clean water, hygiene supplies, over 15 medical missions, over 300 medical evacuations, and restoring vital hospitals.

Tickets to the event are fully sold out, however, merch is available to buy here or direct donations can be made here.

Executive Producers Brian Eno (multi-instrumentalist and producer), Khalid Abdalla (actor/activist), Khaled Ziada (founder of Marsm and London Palestine Festival), and Tracey Seaward (producer) have been working for months to unite leading British and Palestinian artists for this unprecedented event.

The visual language of the concert is being guided by the visionary Gazan painter Malak Mattar, known as ‘Palestine’s Picasso’, who at 25 years old her work has already been exhibited in 80 countries. She will turn the stage into a canvas for contemporary Palestinian art, creating a vivid expression of Palestinian creativity, resilience, and beauty.

The visuals for the event will be interwoven with powerful moments of reflection and hope, directed by acclaimed theatre-maker Amir Nizar Zuabi. These segments will honour the extraordinary courage of frontline doctors, teachers, journalists, and aid workers - and offer space to grieve those who have been lost.
