Ben Shephard caught his co-host Cat Deeley off guard on Tuesday’s episode of This Morning, cracking a cheeky joke about her underwear that left the presenter momentarily stunned.
Kicking off the show with a playful twist, the pair ditched the usual sofa greeting and instead zoomed into the studio riding electric ride-on suitcases, a viral travel gadget that's been doing the rounds on social media.
Cat, 48, looked summer-ready in a vibrant halter-neck red dress, but the ride required a bit of behind-the-scenes manoeuvring.
Laughing, she admitted to viewers that she’d had to “tuck” her underwear in before hopping on the motorised luggage.
She quipped: “I am so demure, it's tucked into my nickers, just to make sure.”
“Yes I know, you were showing me back there [behind-the-scenes],” Ben joked.

To which she quickly responded: “At least I'm wearing them!”
Ben, 50, couldn’t resist teasing her with a tongue-in-cheek remark, which prompted a burst of laughter from Cat, who paused in mock horror before giggling her way through the segment.
He then replied: “That's true, it's a start and it makes a change.”
Their on-air banter comes days after the presenting duo swapped the This Morning studio for Centre Court last week, as the ITV hosts made a swift dash to Wimbledon last Thursday.
The TV presenting stalwarts raced from the live show to the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club, beating the London traffic on the back of motorbikes to make it in time for day four of the tournament.
Cat embraced the sunshine in a summery floral dress as she posed alongside Ben, who looked sharp in a navy suit, with the pair pictured soaking up the atmosphere and hospitality as guests of Emirates. The airline is the Official Airline Partner of The Championships, Wimbledon for the second year.
This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV1 and is available to stream on ITVX
