Big Ben’s Big Ben Beard is, uh, less big.
When we last saw Ben Roethlisberger, the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback had grown a humongous beard. He had done a PSA telling everyone to practice social distancing, but all anyone could talk about was his facial hair.
Was it just a quarantine beard like we’ve seen others like Steve Kerr grow? No.
Since he had undergone elbow surgery, he vowed he wouldn’t shave until he could throw a football again.
Well, guess what happened? Roethlisberger is back to throwing a football again, although he didn’t shave the entire thing off. But he did give himself a trim.
