Traffic lights are out of action on the Upper Newtownards Road/Castlehill Road following a collision.
Drivers are being asked to approach the area with care after the crash this afternoon.
Tarfficwatch NI tweeted: "Belfast traffic lights still out of action A20 Upper Newtownards Rd/Castlehill Rd.
"Electricity supply pillar hit in RTC @NIElectricity need to attend/fix - until then approach with care - Be Prepared to Stop / Give Way @GliderBelfast #EastBelfast(15:30)."
