Beady-eyed pet fans struggle to find the real dog among these fakes - can you spot it?

If you love putting your cognitive skills to the test with brainteasers, then you're in luck as there's an adorable, new challenge doing the rounds.

In order to pass the test, you've got to work like a dog and pick out the real pooch among a number of inflatable animals.

The bad news is you'll need beady-eyes to pick out the pet, but even if you fail it's a brilliant sight to behold.

In the epic video shared to TikTok by @VT, there's over 30 fake dogs, including pretend Dalmatians, German Shepherds and Huskies. But which one is real?

One challenger revealed they spent five minutes looking for the pooch, while others wondered if they'd been tricked.

"Trick question the dog is recording," joked one commenter. Another quipped: "Nice try they're all real dogs."

Unfortunately, this is not quite the case, though it easy to see why viewers would be left scratching their heads after trying to solve the problem.

If you've spotted it, let us know how long it took you. Did you beat five minutes? If not, then don't worry, as we've posted the answer below. So if you're keen to find the answer without help, pause here. If not, scroll on.

There's two hints which should help you locate the dog. First, it helps to know you are looking for a real Husky. But if you're still stuck after that then it is worth checking the area around the plant in the back of the photo.

Look just below the greenery, and you should be able to see a pair of eyes peeking over the head of fake dog. Or as one player revealed: "Husky located - 7 o'clock from the plant."

Perfect for pet owners and animal lovers, the brain teaser has amassed millions of views and over 150,000 likes. If you do share it with a friend, be sure to set a timer going so you can compare your results.
