Axe throwing venue to open for adrenaline junkies in Leeds

A brand new venue that allows customers to launch huge axes at targets is preparing to open its doors in Leeds.

TimberJacks will give adrenaline junkies the chance to try their hand at axe throwing at its Leeds base from May.

The company, which currently has two sites in Kidderminster and Shrewsbury, is now expanding with the launch of its third venue - and its first in the north.

Customers will be able to have a go at axe throwing from Friday, May 17, when TimberJacks opens on Burley Road, and even kids as young as 8 are allowed to hurl axes at the bullseye.

TimeberJacks say their instructors provide 'a safe environment' and that there is 'an extremely low risk of injury'.
