Avonte Maddox provides an update on his status after returning to Philadelphia with the team

Avonte Maddox suffered a scary injury on Thursday night, where he was forced to be stretchered off after taking a hit from his own teammate, Andrew Sendejo. Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reported that Maddox returned to Philadelphia with the team.

#Eagles CB Avonte Maddox, who had movement in all his extremities late last night after a friendly fire hit from teammate Andrew Sendejo, flew home with the team last night. He was sent to a local hospital, but was discharged quickly enough to return to Philly. A good sign.

On Friday morning, Maddox updated his own status, letting Eagles fans know that “everything was good”.
