If you are a foodie like us, you may be after some snacks as the weekend approaches to wind down after a busy - and very hot - week.
But as it so often goes, it can be hard what to pick with there being countless options from sweet to savoury to choose from at the supermarket.
But one shopper seems to have found the perfect savoury snack which comes with a Scottish twist - perfect to impress guests if you want to seem a little fancy whether it's at home or on a picnic.

Taking to Facebook's Food Finds UK group, one Asda shopper snapped a picture of what they had found writing to the groups near 200k members but the admin of Snack News & Reviews, who posted the picture, didn't seem to sure of it with a 'thinking' emoji in their caption.

But whilst one didn't seem to keen on it, the majority seemed to really enjoy it. And we can't blame them.
The Asda Extra Special Black Pudding Scotch Eggs come in a packet of two and cost £2.30.
Taking to the comment section people seemed to love the twist with many branding it as a great twist on the classic picnic snack with others adding they weren't too keen.
