Arsenal: Thomas Partey attracting interest from Juventus and Saudi Arabia ahead of midfield revamp

Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey is attracting interest from Juventus and clubs in Saudi Arabia.

The Gunners are open to selling the 30-year-old, but only for the right price and if a replacement can be found.

Partey has been with Arsenal since 2020 and currently has two years left on his contract at the club.

Juventus are interested in the Ghana international, who is also on the radar of clubs in Saudi Arabia.

Arsenal are planning a revamp of their midfield this summer and Granit Xhaka is set to depart the club.

The Swiss international is in advanced talks over a move to Bayer Leverkusen for £13m, but Arsenal will only sanction his sale if they complete a move for Declan Rice.

Further midfielders are expected to depart from Arsenal, including Albert Sambi Lokonga.

The Belgium international spent last season on loan at Crystal Palace, but their interest back then was driven by former manager Patrick Vieira and Lokonga is not expected to return to Selhurst Park.

Burnley are keen on Lokonga as their manager, Vincent Kompany, worked with him at Anderlecht. Kompany also has a good relationship with Mikel Arteta as the pair worked together at Manchester City.

Kompany was a guest in the director’s box at an Arsenal game towards the end of the season.

Jorginho has been linked with a move back to Italy, but it is understood he is happy in north London.
