The rule changes that will affect Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs in the Premier League next season
Unai Emery has overseen six new faces at the Emirates Stadium following his appointment as head coach last year. Stephan Lichtsteiner was first to sign on a free transfer and he was joined by Bernd Leno, Sokratis, Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi in the summer window.
Then in January, Denis Suarez was recruited from Barcelona on loan for the remainder of the season.
Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City were the big spenders during the year, which covered the two transfer windows.
The Reds - who signed stars such as Xherdan Shaqiri, Fabinho and Alisson Becker - splashed out £43.7m on agent fees, which is the highest across the entire top flight of English football.
Maurizio Sarri's side are second having spent £26.8m following the signings of Jorginho, Kepa and Christian Pulisic. While the current leaders make the top three after spending £24.1m.
Manchester United (£20.7m), Everton (£19.1m), London rivals West Ham United (£14.4m) and Leicester City (£12.7m) were the four other clubs that spent more than the Gunners.

The lowest amount of money splashed out on agents was the £2.8m which was paid out by newly-promoted Cardiff City.
In total the Premier League clubs spent a cumulative £260,664,118 on fees.
