Are you an undecided voter in the 2016 election? We want to hear from you

This election there are large numbers of undecided voters – around 15% according to some surveys. That’s amore than double the figure for around this time in 2012.

As a result, the outcome of this race is particularly hard to predict. Who knows which way that 15% will jump? The campaigns understand that there’s everything to play for, and they’ll be desperately trying to win over hearts and minds in the coming weeks.

Are you an undecided voter waiting to make up your mind about Clinton, or Trump? Could you be tempted to vote for a third party candidate like Gary Johnson or Jill Stein?

How would the candidates have to behave, what would they have to offer, in order to win you over?

We want to hear from you, and we’d like to publish some of your responses.

Please email us at us.opinion@theguardian.com, with undecided voter in the subject line.

Include your full name, your age, your location, why you’re undecided, and what it would take for you to make up your mind (we can, on request, only publish first names – but you will still need to supply your full name). Submissions should be no longer than 300 words, and no shorter than 150.
