Apex Legends Season 11 is very close, and we will soon all be able to jump into the new Escape season. Of course, this comes with an entirely new Battle Pass to earn your way through, a new weapon and a new character to sink your teeth into — Ash. But that is not all, as there will be an entirely new map added to the game too, finally giving the game four maps overall to pull from. With this much excitement, it’s easy to sit by your console or PC eagerly awaiting the game to update and go live – but it’s not that easy.
Apex Legends Version 1.83 will launch today in most timezones at a very specific time – assuming the servers behave – and therefore you shouldn’t try to wait around for it to drop. Instead, set an alarm, go outside, touch some grass, and then as soon as that alarm goes off get ready to drop into the battle royale. Remember, British friends: you’re in GMT now, not BST.
We’ve already played the new content, so read through our Apex Legends Season 11 preview before playing to get an advantage over your opponents.
