Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway Chase the Rainbow comes from Bristol

The main outside broadcast section of Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway came from north Bristol tonight - with one lucky resident winning big prizes.

The ITV Saturday evening show, which is a madcap mayhem of a series of games, stunts and quizzes, has a 'Chase the Rainbow' section, which sees co-presenter Fleur East sent to a secret location, armed with a series of clues and a collection of rainbow searchlights.

And those rainbow lights beamed out across north Bristol tonight, with the game set up outside Aerospace Bristol on the north side of Filton Airfield.

Local residents who successfully guessed the clues or saw the lights, rushed to the scene, hoping for a chance to win some prizes - and each was given a colour and a number, and positioned in the rainbow lines.

The venue chosen was the aerospace museum - the home of the last Concorde aircraft, along with a host of other exhibits showcasing the story of flight, and Bristol's pioneering involvement in it.
